Over my many years in practice, I have discovered that you can’t separate your mind from your body, how you feel in your body affects your mind, and of course, how you feel in your mind affects your body. <\/span><\/p>\n

As a NLP Master Practitioner, I guide you to freeing your mind of the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from happiness. I love looking after all ages, genders, problems and worries. And I am the only local osteopath to have specific training to treat babies & children, so you know your little one is in safe, qualified hands.<\/span><\/p>\n

How I felt before treatment<\/strong>– frustrated and felt like trying this (osteopathy) was the last resort before giving up breastfeeding. Feeding was painful and although Ellen was gaining weight, I was very unhappy.<\/p>\n

How much does it cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ongoing treatment<\/strong>\u00a0up to 30 minutes\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a370<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you haven’t been to the practice in 2 years I\u00a0 treat you as a new patient, and your appointment fee will be \u00a3125.<\/p>\n

Who do you treat?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I treat anyone who is wanting to get better, invest in looking after themselves and wants ideas and techniques to keep themselves well.<\/p>\n

Do I have to be referred by my GP?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No you can simply call and I will book you in at a time to suit you.<\/p>\n

Will treatment hurt?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sometimes if I am working on muscles in spasm you may feel a bit of tenderness, but I always tell my patients they should let me know if they are in any discomfort and I will adapt the treatment accordingly.<\/p>\n

Can I bring someone with me?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course!<\/p>\n

Do I have to get undressed?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I usually ask patients to take their outer layer of clothing off so I can properly examine them and find out what is causing their problems. It is fine to wear shorts\/ thin leggings or a vest top if you would like to.<\/p>\n

How many treatments will I need?<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is often a difficult question to answer the first time I see anyone, so usually by the second visit it is easier to know as I can see how the patient has felt after the treatment and what difference it has made to their symptoms.<\/p>\n
